Return/Refund Policy - Color Discrepancy and Product Damage

We value your satisfaction with our products, and we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here is our return/refund policy for situations where the product's color does not match the ordered product or if the product is damaged upon delivery:

Color Discrepancy:

If you receive a product that does not match the color you ordered, please follow these steps 24 hours of receiving your order:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order number and details of the color mismatch.

2. MOST IMPORTANT : Provide 360-degree Video: To process your return or exchange, you must submit a 360-degree video of the unopened parcel at the time of its opening. This video should clearly show the product's color and its condition upon arrival or 

We Might ask for Initial Unpacking Video from Start to End, We Reserve all Rights to not To Accept Return In case Video is Not Provided and Defect is Not Proved in Video, Also we Know Our Packaging so Kindly Do not Try to Manipulate Packaging

3. Return Authorization: Once we receive your video and verify the color discrepancy, we will issue a return authorization.

4. Return the Product: Package the product securely and send it back to us using the provided return authorization. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

5. Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. You can choose either a full refund or a replacement in the correct color.

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges without the 360-degree video evidence at the time of parcel opening. We are committed to ensuring you receive the correct product in perfect condition, and this policy helps us maintain the quality of our service.
